    This is a very general question, but you are right. Cancer cells do reproduce at different rates even for the same type of cancer, depending on other factors such as its stage, treatment, person’s reaction/immune system.

    Some researchers? I can’t imagine anyone believing they grow at the same rate. Why would they?
    The histology and the grade indicates how fast growing or aggressive the disease is.
