Age — the person must be under age 19 at the end of the year, or under age 24 and a be a full-time student for at least five months out of the year, or any age and totally and permanently disabled.

She can claim you as a Qualifying Relative for Head of Household. From the info provided it seems you would qualify.

If your income is less than $3500 and she is able to show that she provided more than half of your support, then she can claim your exemption (and medical expenses).
Your living expenses are not deductible.
