I’m new to any groups. I feel so alone with my Hep C.

Are you afraid to get a biopsy?
Don’t be, the actual procedure is about 10 seconds long - shorter than giving blood in some cases. The long part is that you have to lay on your side for 3 hours to make sure the blood clots properly.
If you get treated for HCV, it may never progress to either cirrosis or cancer. Current treatment is 50-82% successful in most patients (mostly dependant on your genotype).
Otherwise if you are not treating because you don’t have insurance, you could always hope that the new president elect keeps his promise on healthcare reform.
Or you can fix your diet to prolong the development of problems like cirrosis and cancer.
